Runway: How to create a page that is a link only

In Runway you can add pages that are external links and also pages that have a url segment of '#' (eg for subnav toggle), but when creating a page such as this there is not an option in the Master page dropdown titled 'This page is a link only' like there is in Perch.

Thankfully, no matter what Master page you choose Perch realises it's an external link and doesn't add in the regions from the template.

I have added a blank master page called page_is_a_link_only.php but it feels like a bit of a hack.
