Internet Explorer repeater UI

Hi,

Small issue:

Today I was forced to use IE. The repeaters' 'X' icon to delete that repeater item is not appearing for me when hovering (The link is still there though, just invisible). Example below:

This is on IE11 with Perch 3.1.1

Is there anything else you can tell us about this? We've very occasionally had people report issues with IE, but have never been able to reproduce them.
