Image naming issue on upload

Hi,

When i upload an image in perch cms, it uploads it but renames it to something like "locategallerymodule1-w100%.jpg" (notice the % in 100%)

So, the browser then responds with "Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand."

Why is this happening?
