Client unable to reorder images in Gallery

This isn't an issue with Perch or Gallery.

The issue is either the client or his browser.

He says he has updated to latest Firefox and he refuses to use Chrome.

I've tried it on Firefox, Chrome and Edge. Works fine.

So, has anyone had any clients have this issue? How did you resolve it?

What happens when he tries?

When he drags an image the other images don't shift. When image is dropped it just stays where it was.

I presume it use JS to do the drag and drop? Wonder if he has JS disabled?

Yes you can't do drag and drop without JavaScript. I think you'll need to do some further investigation with your client as this hasn't been reported elsewhere.

I know there is nothing wrong with the gallery add-on. It works for me.

I was just hoping someone can help me find a way of sorting this client out before i pull my hair out.

Again as I said, this isn't an issue with the Gallery add-on, I'm just asking for help from anyone that may have had a client with similar issues. I thought it may have been a browser issue, but it doesn't seem to be. What else can it be?

I have also encountered this after the Perch Runway 3 update. This was fixed by updating the Gallery app.

Double check that all your add-ons are up to date by going to Settings > Diagnostics > Add-ons

Though, if you and your client both tried on the same server and it worked for you but not for him, then the issue is most likely on his end.

Thanks Hussein, I should have mentioned I am using the latest version of the gallery app.
