I cannot seem to delete some unwanted forms from the members app on the dashboard, Delete button does nothing! Forms have been deleted and are not used by any members. Any ideas?

Have you removed the form templates?
Yes I have.
That's curious. I'll add it to my list of things to investigate.
Thank you. I know seeing the 'test' forms there are just going to confuse my client.
