Add more descriptive page titles (like thread title) to forum pages?

Right now, all the pages in the forum just have 'Perch Forum' as their page title.

I think it would be very useful and helpful (and simple to implement, I think) to add the title of the thread to the page title ... this would make it much easier to (for example) search through history for a particular forum page, or to scan through multiple open tabs/windows for a particular one.

The URLs already have quite a bit of info: https://forum.grabaperch.com/forum/02-08-2016-question-regarding-the-reuse-of-a-template-tag-with-same-id-within-a-template?page=1#reply-34240

If we could just have this same level of info in the title, that would be great! (Of course, leaving "Perch Forum" in there somewhere, at the beginning or end, would still be helpful to distinguish Perch forum pages from others)

Probably would help search engine results and ranking, too, helping other Perchers to find relevant forum topics when googling for help.
