Images in Perch

Hi, Quick a couple of Questions.

1) I have a template that contains 3 images;

                <img src="<perch:content id="Image 3 (196x195)" type="Image" label="Image 3 (196x195)" />" alt="<perch:content id="Image 3 (196x195) Alt Text" type="text" label="Image 3 (196x195)Alt text" required="true" />" />

All the entries in the the admin panel are there but when I want to select an image from assets it will not select it. Any Ideas has too why?

2) In CKeditor, Can you change/select a text colour, to show on the main page? A client has asked. We are currently doing the colour css and splitting the content out to suit.
