Perch API Developer Needed

Hi all

Does anyone know an API developer that can connect Perch with our CRM system called Infusionsoft?

What we're trying to achieve is the when a form is submitted it adds the data into our CRM. The CRM can provide us with its own web form code but we're seeing an increase in spam submissions so by going via an API will, in theory, filter the spam out.

Unless anyone else has any other suggestions of course!

Hi Glen,

in theory you/someone could develop a custom app that connects to the Infusionsoft API. The Perch form would submit to the new app, which would pass the data to the API.

However, how are you expecting that to stop the spam? It's still a form that anyone/anything can fill out - or do you expect that a honeypot or Akismet integration will stop the spam you're seeing?
