'Sorry, your license key isn't valid for this domain.'

I have just uploaded a site from my local environment to a staging environment and I can't log in (when I try all I see is the above error message with a red emoji)

The new site is going to be on [sub].[domain].co.uk. I have updated my license details in the perch admin panel to [domain].co.uk as the instructions say and that didn't work, so I tried [sub].[domain].co.uk and that hasn't worked either.

The site is a perch 3 site and I'm running PHP 5.5 on the server.

Your domain is configured with a trailing / - log into your account and remove the / and you should be good.

Hi Drew

Thanks for the advice - I've just tried that and it's still not working though.

Thanks Drew, I didn't try the [sub].[domain].co.uk without the trailing /.

Would it be possible for you to delete your response with the domain name in it, it's a test / staged site at the moment and I would prefer it if the domain wasn't published anywhere for the time being.
