Collapsing blocks in the admin

Im using blocks that contain repeaters for the client to add lots of varying content.

When they fill the blocks with content and want to start shuffling the order of blocks around, it's tricky because each block takes up a full screen height or more. Is there a way to collapse a blocks content so its easier to shuffle things about?
