Page Attributes - New Social Meta Fields Not Showing in Page Details

Having some issues adding the social meta tags and the options showing up in the "Page Details" tab in the control panel. I've added the perch_page_attributes, pointing to the new template I've made. The code shows as it should in the page, but in the control panel, I don't see any of the non-hidden options, like choosing a facebook image for sharing, etc.

....it should be showing the Page Details: "Some of the fields in my template are regular Perch Content tags that will add fields to the Page Details Tab in the Perch Control Panel."

What am I missing?
