Tag behaviour in Members and Blog

In the members app, it would be great if tags had the same behaviour as categories. At the moment it's easy to create a new tag with a typo and leave the client wondering why the content isn't appearing for the member they've added. The autocomplete–dropdown thing in categories would prevent this. Also having the option of a display-as="checkboxes" attribute would make it rock-solid.

The autocomplete thing for blog tags would also be cool (I can see why display-as="checkboxes" wouldn't be a good idea here though!).
