Navigation link

I have a link on my website navigation which when clicked displays a PDF that is uploaded through the Perch dashboard.

This works fine except the dashboard displays an option to upload the PDF for every page of the website. Is there a better way to do this? This is the code I have on nav.php.

            <li><a href="<?php perch_content('UPLOAD_ORDERS_OF_SERVICE'); ?>">Next Sunday Service</a></li>

And this is the template file code

           <perch:content id="report" type="file" label="Orders of Service">

Sounds like the link is on every page?

If so, you can go to Region Options and tick 'Share across all pages'. It'll then only show in Admin in the 'Shared' area at the top of the page list.
