Rename "Blog" in nav drop under APPS

In previous versions of Perch, you could rename the BLOG link in the nav by editing the language text file. This doesn't seem to work anymore??

Is this still allowed?

It is the 2nd entry that is shown yes? Or the first?

Do we need to edit the core lang file and the app lang file?
