Dashboard Shows Add Page When User Does Not Have Privilege

Hi

I have an Editor user where the role has been setup so that the user does not have the ability to Add a New Page. However, the Perch Dashboard still shows the Add Page button at the top of the page listing.

If the Add Page button is clicked, the user cannot add a page so no damage done - I guess it's just a bit confusing.
