Don't allow HTML in forum titles

Hi, just saw this post popping up (https://forum.grabaperch.com/forum/06-27-2014-problems-with-input-typefile-in-forms-app); might want to convert the input of the title and therefore not allow any html.

Forum's looking very good, btw!
