Changing url for site - how to change perch software so images etc comes up with...

I know you go in and change the license, but need somehow to change the addresses in the database to reflect the new domain name. Last time I tried this I had to go into all the images and change the address separately.

What is the easiest way to do this without having to go into the database and change image addresses? There must be an easier way. I am using CKeditor with this site.
