User can't log in
I created my first additional user yesterday. Yesterday they could log in. However today they could not. They tried resetting the password, your system kept saying the details weren't recognised. So I deleted the user and recreated it. But they still can't log in. We checked username, password, and domain (whiterosevisas.com/perch) multiple times. Is it possible there's some sort of bug here? It's very unlikely. What happens when they try to log in?
The message says 'sorry those details are incorrect, please try again'. However as per my previous post, we have tried numerous times, I even deleted the account and recreated with very simple username and password so there's no possibility of mistake. Always the same error message. Can you suggest anything? Thanks.
If you turn on debug and then try again, what does it output at the bottom of the page?
