Hiding form fields in the admin if they aren't filled out

Hi there, I have a booking form in place with a lot of fields and options, but some of these fields can be left blank when the form is filled out. Is there a way to hide fields in the admin if they are not filled out.

The options that were not chosing appear as a zero, I would love it if I could hide these fields if they where not filled out.
