Yes, that part is easy. You can do a selective dump from MySQL - using whichever tool you manage your database with. Grab the tables beginning with perch2_blog

For just copying, you then import that dump - sorry, I assumed that bit.
If you already have data and need to merge that isn't going to work though.
Oh no that's fine I can just import it, I'm not worried about the content of the new blog so much.
