Multi-page forms using the form app
Can someone suggest a solution for creating paginated forms in Perch using the form app?
Any pointers appreciated! I have used the forms app many times, but never had the request to paginate a form before.

Have you concerted keeping it all on one page, but creating the effect of multiple steps using CSS and JavaScript?
That is certainly an option, I am thinking of incorporating the form into an accordion type layout, like a single page express checkout.
But if a true multi-page form example exists - I would be very interested to see it!
