Shipping restrictions
Hi, A customer of mine runs an offline hardware shop and wishes to open online shop. I have been looking at your upcoming Shop app and it seems to fit the bill perfectly, but I do have a question. The shop will sell hardware items and some of these items cannot be shipped. e.g. car batteries, fluorescent lights. Will it be possible to restrict shipping on selected items? Let's say someone places an order for several items that includes a car battery. This should require that the entire order must be picked up in store.

Products can be marked as shippable or not, but I'm not sure if there's a way of doing what you want without a bit of custom PHP on top. I'll see if I can find out.
Thanks for the reply. As long as it is possible, that's all I need to know for now.
I think at the moment you'd need to write some PHP of your own to change the available shipping choices at checkout depending on the basket contents.
