Upgrading ver 1 liciences direct to ver 3

Hi, is it possible to upgrade ver 1 licences direct to version 3? Is there any cost implication?

Discounted upgrades for Perch 1 ended a few years ago. To upgrade, you'll need a new Perch 3 license, and you'll have to upgrade via Perch 2 with the Upgrade app.

Might as well start form scratch then? Never had much success with the upgrades. Very fiddly and usually leaves the site in a mess.

Honestly, unless the site is really big, I'd say start from scratch. It's a good opportunity to 'clean house'.
