Dynamic Dataselect

Hi!

I'm wondering if there is out of the box way to have something like this

where I can pick multiple items and filter them by writing, but instead of needing to have the items already created (in this case both "Branco" and "Preto" are collections previously created) I can create on the spot. Using the example that I gave, lets imagine that I would like to add "red" to the list, I would simply write "red", click enter and now I would have "Branco","Preto" and "Red" globally as available options. (I used collections as an example it doesn't need to be collections, I just need to select strings)
