Assets Still Disappearing in the blog app

Hi Guys,

We are still having this problem with assets disappearing, originally we thought images were disappearing because of the way we imported them, but even when we add new articles images are still disappearing.

I have checked the perch2_resource_log table and everything seems to be there. I have checked the perch2_resources and each image have a resourceInLibrary = 0

Also we are still having problems with images disappearing when using content blocks when saving them as a draft.

For example, all of the images within the article Things To Do article (https://www.wiganwarriors.com/news/2015-08-13-things-to-do) disappeared this morning when I sent it live. (As in they didn’t publish) - its now been fixed obviously.

There seems to be a specific problem related to images in content blocks (inline and big images) as well as they disappear randomly and it means in old stories that we can't detect that they've gone.

Our client keeps saying they are wasting endless hours with replication and uncertainty is holding them back from moving forwards.

Our DR report is this

Is there anything we can do? we have set define('PERCH_CLEAN_RESOURCES', false); which going by the forum works but what about previously uploaded articles? It won't fix those images because it is totally random.

What can we do? We have full control over our server so we can make any changes.

Please help us with this.

Cheers Barry

Are you able to give me steps to reproduce this issue, because we believed the previous issue you reported had a been fixed.

I seem to be experiencing this too. I'm going to try PERCH_CLEAN_RESOURCES as a start. Any other thoughts?

Anton, please start a new thread with your Diagnostics Report if you want help. This isn't an issue that is happening widely so your issue may well be something completely different and we can't help several people in one thread.
