Tax Zones - Canada & US

In Canada we have a number of provinces, all with difference tax rates. With Perch Shop we have tried to setup the provinces as locations and then assign different tax rates to each, but since there is only a country picker, not a province / state picker based off said selected country, we can't use Perch to actually detect which province has been defined in the order details and charge the correct tax.

Is there a solution for this in Perch Shop yet?
