Rename a page?
A client is using a template we have setup to create some custom pages. However once created, it seems you can't rename these pages in the "Page Options" tab. Is this correct? (I'm talking about file name here BTW... eg" "mypage.php" rename to "mypromopage.php") Is that edit only for changing the path? Which also doesn't seem to work, even when the folder is already there. Is there any way to do this aside from manually editing in FTP?

You can rename them on the Location tab.
Yeah, doesn't seem to work. I mean, it saves the name change in the CMS but doesn't actually rename the file... could it be write permissions? Does install check that?
Have you checked the box to rename the file?
Ahhhh... the checkbox says "Move the page to this location". So because client wasn't moving page into a different folder, they didn't tick the box. Perhaps this checkbox should be renamed??
