Runway: configure file upload path via config file?

I apologize for all of my recent forum threads. I'm working on a build that's more complex than usual.

This may be a feature request, but I'm wondering if it's possible to set the file upload path for the Forms app via a config file? I'm using switch() in config.local.php for dev, staging and live environment variables. It would be great if I could do this for the file upload path as well, so that I don't need to log into Runway and change the upload path every time the site gets pushed/pulled.
