Comments App Email Notification

Just aq uick question as can't seem to find anything on this. Is there any way of being notified by email of a comment being left via the Comments App. Works on the Blog App but not on the Comments App. I have multiple galleries on a site and have been asked if this is possible.

I don't think it does currently. The limitation being that all the emails would need to go to one central address, as we don't have a mechanism for specifying who might handle what sort of comments.
