Editors Management with Multiple Blogs

Hello,

Is it currently possible in Runway 3.0.10 to create multiple blogs, but assign different editors to each blog?

I was thinking of utilizing the menu manager to have each blog listed as a separate app or list all blogs in their own menu, but I'm not sure how I would split permissions for blog editors between these blogs.

Any ideas?
