Form Submission to an Email Address
Hello,
I have added in a Gmail - email address to the perch form options however when the contact form is submitted through the website, I dont get an email response to my Gmail.
I have tried different email addresses with no success.
It does however appear in the perch form app.
How can I have it send to an alternative email address as well as the back-office please?

Have you tested your email configuration under Settings?
Yes everything looks good,
An email has just been sent to me at the required address.
However still no contact form notification comes through when submitted via the website

Fromaddress based on form content? Or is it a domain that the web server isn't configured for?I have set my Gmail address settings inside of perch: Form options / Sending email
Is there other settings I need to address?
Is the mail server you're sending through configured to handle outgoing mail for Gmail? Unless you're using SMTP to send through Gmail's servers, it sounds likely that the mail server would look at that suspiciously.

Sounds obvious, but have you checked your Gmail spam folder?
I've been doing some work lately with Perch forms using an HTML form template and the first few forms I completed got dumped straight into my Spam folder.
