Missing country in Perch Shop example email template

Morning!

Just a note to mention that I've noticed country tags are missing in the default email templates for Perch Shop.

I added <perch:if exists="shipping_country"><perch:shop id="shipping_country_name" type="hidden" /></perch:if> and <perch:if exists="billing_country"><perch:shop id="billing_country_name" type="hidden" /></perch:if>.
