Forms and hotmail
Can anyone help me understand why hotmail would stop receiving emails via forms?
I set up the send from as a hotmail in the config and also setting that as the "from" in the form settings. Again I am using this as the "to" address in the form fields, as it is the clients email address.
Will this confuse hotmail, should I be using an alternate email address?
I tried on another test site running same version of perch on the same server with various emails (hotmail, gmail, mac) and this ran fine.
Some providers assume that an email with the same from and to address is spam. So it might be that, but really this would be a question best asked of the email provider.
Thanks I thought so, I think I'll just get the client to get with programme and go with Google Apps.
