Form email weirdness after uploading to live server

OK, so my form emails were all working nicely before I uploaded the site to a live server. If I complete the form, the responses are stored in the CMS, but while the email to the owner is sent, the autoresponder isn't. If go to the form settings, the dropdown box for the email address field under Sending Emai is empty, whereas on the test server it lists all fields.

Why is that select box empty when it works just fine on the test server and I simply copied the database?

Test server is on Windows, live is Linux not that that has ever caused an issue before

OK, so you got me thinking. Just deleted the forms and then started over as far as the CMS form settings are concerened as it's really no big deal to do
