Thanks Drew, that worked, now I can see my submited forms inside the admin panel. Is it possible to get notified by email when a user submits a form?
Yes, you set that up in the Forms app.

I open the form in the admin panel and under the "Sending email" region I select
Email Template: Plain text only
Email address(es): myaddress@mywebsite.com
Email subject line: empty
Send from: mywebsite
Send from address: perch@tbrperch.com
Email address field: email
Email introduction text:empty
Could you please point me in which fields are neccessary so as to get notification on my admin email when someone submits a form?
Make sure you use a valid email address (tbrperch.com doesn't appear to exist) and complete the subject line field.
Perch can send an email with nonsense details, but it's very unlikely to be delivered.
