Routes in Runway for Events App?

Can anyone advise how we should be setting up routes for the Events App in Runway? I'm looking to create pages for the following event views:

• The main calendar page works and is located at /events
• Day (listing events for that day)
• Event Post (single event post page)

I imagine it uses the date format - currently the links use the following format /events?d=2016-01
