Slug from Categories
When I try to make a slug based on...
<perch:categories id="make" label="Manufacturer" set="gun-brands" required="true" />
<perch:content id="make_slug" type="slug" for="make" editable="true" />
The value chosen in Manufacturer is "Ruger"
This is the slug I get... ra-d41d-cd98
Is there a special way to get a slug from categories... or does slug not work with categories?
Version: Perch Runway 2.7.4
You can't get a slug for a category field. What output would you expect it to have?
Drew, I didn't really understand categories so I was experimenting and I asked the question a bit premature. I have figured it out and all is well.
